I appreciate you and your daughters sharing your beautiful and delicious microgreens with me. I am grateful to connect with you to promote healthy organic and local food.
I have never tasted microgreens with such a raw sweetness filled with vibrant energy before until I had the opportunity to indulge in a sample at your table that you graciously offered. Before coming to your display of variety and delicious microgreens, I was accustomed to Whole Foods and Moms. I never seen a variety of microgreens like kale, sage and chia. The quality of your food is full of vitality, nutrients, and life. Thank you for growing real food.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach, Yoga teacher and Chakra Balancing Therapist, I empower our patients at our practice to take responsibility for your own healing and that food is medicine. Knowing where your food comes from is healing itself. I will recommend to our patients your amazing real food. Thank you.
