Locally grown. No chemicals ever used. Our water used for growing is filtered 3 times to remove any impurities. We grow our microgreens hydroponically. Our microgreens are not harvested when delivered to you, so they remain fresh and nutritious. You cut as needed. We only buy our seeds from 100% non-GMO suppliers.

MICROGREENS VARIETIES

We can grow a wide variety of microgreens. If you request a specific variety, we can usually accommodate you. Allow 2-3 weeks for special orders.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Chefs are welcome to visit our grow room to see how the products are grown and the care taken to insure a consistent, high quality product every week.

TRAYS USED IN DELIVERY:

The trays we deliver will be left at restaurant and be picked up on the next delivery. Any damaged or lost trays will be charged at $75.00/tray. Please hand wash trays. Not to be placed in dishwasher.

FREE DELIVERY EVERY TUESDAY & FRIDAY EACH WEEK:

We provide free delivery every Tuesday and Friday. We operate on regular standing orders. We can usually accommodate changes to the schedule if given 3 days notice.

EACH TRAY CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 2-3 LBS OF MICROGREENS

  • 1-2 FULL TRAYS $50.00/TRAY PER WEEK DELIVERED
  • 3-4 FULL TRAYS $45.00/TRAY PER WEEK DELIVERED
  • 5-9 FULL TRAYS $40.00/TRAY PER WEEK DELIVERED

PAYMENT TERMS:

C.O.D. OR CREDIT CARD for initial 90 days of business relationship. No exceptions to this rule. Credit Terms can be discussed after initial 3 months.
